Introducing Katie, a highly accomplished Aesthetic Nurse with an impressive educational background and a wealth of experience in the Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine industry. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of New Mexico and later pursued her nursing degree at California State University, San Marcos, establishing a solid foundation for her diverse skill set.

With extensive expertise in injectables, laser technology, and various aesthetic procedures, Katie is not only a seasoned Aesthetic Nurse but also a clinical trainer and now the clinical manager at InMode, a leading aesthetic medical device company. Her role at InMode has made her an expert in light-based and radiofrequency technologies, further elevating her proficiency in the ever-evolving field of aesthetic medicine.

Katie’s belief that aesthetic medicine is an art, combined with her passion for patient care, has guided her career. She excels in creating personalized treatment plans by understanding her patients’ unique concerns, aiming to enhance their well-being and confidence.

As a clinical manager at InMode, Katie continues to stay at the forefront of advancements in aesthetic technology, ensuring that her skills remain cutting-edge. Her commitment to excellence, both in her clinical practice and in training others in the field, reflects her dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of her patients and colleagues alike.

Brooke O’Neil, PA

Brooke is our first Physician Assistant to join SDWH. She came to our practice from Reno, Nevada, with prior experience in gynecology and urogynecology. She also has special first assist training and certification in robotic surgery.

She graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Pacific in Sacramento, California. She graduated top of her class with Magna Cum Laude.

She enjoys helping women improve their quality of life and look and feel their best selves. Women are an underrepresented group in health care and she wishes to give them a more expansive voice. She sees patients for preventative health visits, OB check ups, gynecological concerns, contraception counseling and procedures, pessary care, vaginal rejuvenation such as Mona Lisa Touch therapy, and more. Brooke is available to see patients at both of our locations in La Jolla and Encinitas.
